Tom Rogers

Dr. Tom Rogers is an Assistant Professor in the Masters of Project Management program at Western Carolina University, a campus in the University of North Carolina system. Dr. Rogers teaches Project Management courses in the Master of Project Management Program and in the undergraduate Management program.  Dr. Rogers consults on training programs and project management.

Dr. Rogers’ experience with training programs is from the ground up.  He created a training program that included the procedures, work instructions, and tracking of training for a Fortune 100 company.  His project management and teams experience spans over 20 years of consulting and teaching.  Dr. Rogers’ knowledge and experience allows him bridge the gap between the academic and the practical to provide solutions and insights with context and perspective to his clients.
