Edward Wright

Dr. Edward Wright is a Professor of Management and Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programs at Western Carolina University (WCU).  He has 30 years of senior level management experience in the global medical device industry, is the inventor/co-inventor of 5 US patents, and has successfully commercialized over a dozen medical products.  Dr. Wright teaches Management, Leadership, and Strategy Courses in the undergraduate and graduate school business programs.  His students have served over 200 regional businesses with project work related to strategy, profit improvement, marketing, and commercial feasibility studies.  Dr. Wright is available for strategic planning and management consulting to clients throughout the Southeast US.
